🗓️ Class Schedules

Our gym runs two schedules at once;

🥊 Striking classes take place on our downstairs level
🤼‍♂️ Grappling classes take place on our second level

⏰ Both timetables operate simultaneously, allowing members to choose their preferred training focus.

ℹ️ MMA Notes & Recommendations
- MMA combines striking (boxing & kickboxing) and grappling (jiu jitsu & wrestling).
- In the UFC, these disciplines are learned separately before being performed together.
- As a modern MMA gym, we encourage students to learn each discipline both separately and together over time.
